Ordering Reminders
1. Our business hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We offer SAME-DAY DELIVERY and SAME-DAY PERSONAL OR COURIER PICKUP. All orders will be scheduled for delivery or pick-up after payment is received and validated.
2.The cut-off for orders and payments received for same-day delivery or same-day personal or courier pickup is 6:00 PM daily.
All orders made after cut-off time will be delivered the next day before 2:00 PM. Orders made before cut-off time but with late payments will also be delivered the next day.
3. For same-day delivery, we will deliver your items between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. For advance orders, please put your requested delivery date on the special instructions.
4. All confirmed orders are final and cannot be modified or cancelled.
5. Orders that are not paid after 5 days will be automatically canceled.
6. There is no minimum amount to order.

8. We will be the one to arrange for your delivery. We rely on third party delivery riders such as Happymove or Lalamove.
Delivery time is between 9AM to 6PM.
9. Delivery fees are indicated below:
- Orders above P9,000 (Bulk orders) are automatically delivered using a 4-wheeler multi-purpose vehicle.

10. For Self Pick-up, you can pick up your order from our Central Kitchen in Quezon City, Daily from 10am - 6pm. For Store Pick-up, please input your first name, last name and mobile number during Checkout. The address will automatically be set to our Kitchen address.
If order is not picked up on the specified day, the shelf life of the orders will run. Your product may have a shorter shelf life.
11. We accept payments made through online Credit Card (VISA/Mastercard), GCash, Bank Transfer (BDO/Metrobank) and PayMaya. Cash on Delivery is not accepted. Our online payment gateway is powered by PayMaya Enterprise and PayMongo. International credit cards/debit cards are no longer accepted due to rising cases of fraud.
If you paid via Credit Card or PayMaya: Your payment is automatically received, and your order is confirmed. There is no need to email a screenshot of payment.
For Bank transfer and GCash, please deposit to the accounts below and send screenshot of payment slip and order reference number to delivery@happyfoodsgroup.com.

GCASH
1. Open your GCash App.
2. Click "Pay QR".
3. If you are using a laptop and a mobile phone, please use your phone to Scan the QR code below.
4. If you are using a mobile phone alone, please save the QR image on your phone first, and then open the GCash App to do #1-2, and then click "Upload QR". Please upload the QR image that you saved.
5. Please email your proof of deposit to delivery@happyfoodsgroup.com with your order reference number so we can confirm your order. Kamsahamnida!
12. You will receive a status update and tracking number via email, SMS or Viber notification.
In cases where delivery is attempted by us, but was unsuccessful due to the reasons including but not limited to:
- Absence of the recipient
- Inability to contact the customer through the provided contact information despite attempts by the delivery personnel
- Lack of appropriate or sufficient logistical/road access to deliver the Order successfully
- Lack of a suitable or secure location to leave the ordered items
- No-show cancellations
- Failure to receive the Order with ten (10) minutes from the time of delivery
We reserve the right to cancel the Order without refund or remedy to you.
13. Each product will be labeled with the expiration date. Please consume within this date. We only use fresh ingredients and do not use preservatives.
