Kimchi is made with fresh ingredients and no preservatives. Best consumed immediately, or kept in chiller until expiry date.

To make our Kimchi, we delicately salt the fresh cabbage in a mixture of fresh fruits, garlic, onions and chili, then we let it ferment a few days before serving. 

Best Before Label is best for Kimchi as a side dish. For Kimchi stews or Kimchi Fried Rice, we recommend you let it ferment longer until it is near the expiry date to develop a stronger flavor perfect for those dishes.
